“Very clean Akai MPC 2000xl. This machine has been stored in a case for the past several years. I don’t see myself having the time to make music again anytime soon, so it’s time to let it go to someone who will use it. I loaded some samples and tested the pads and buttons, and the F5 button isn’t as responsive as it should be and will need replaced. But everything else works as it should. Case has a few minor scuffs as expected for an MPC this old, but overall it’s in great condition.

“This is the standalone MPC5000. It has the new OS, hard drive, and it also has installed the optional CD drive which is sold separately. The CD drive allows you to also sample from CDs. It also has turntable inputs to sample from vinal. The MPC5000 also has a built in synth that sounds great. It has light usage and it has been in a smoke/pet free home. It looks like new. All the button, pads, ports and, lights work flawlessly. Power cord included. This thing is a beast and built like a tank, I am sad letting it go!
