“Selling a akai mpc 1000 black version, has 128mb memory installed. Received as a trade on some music gear. Has some black tape on left side plastic end cap. Loaded up sounds off cf memory card.Was able to get sounds out of a few pads but not others, not sure, after reading online this may need some new pads or upgraded, couple of the buttons are loose also, seems pretty clean. Will package good for a safe travel. Listing as for parts because of the issues listed, loose buttons and some grey drum pads not working. The lucky bidder hopefully knows how to change out the floppy but most with put a floppy emulator. The screen is near flawless and is worth almost $200 itself. ”

“Sale is for the classic Akai MPC 5000. I am the original owner. I’ve installed the DVD Drive, upgraded ram and exchanged the grey pads to black. This instrument has been kept in a smoke free environment and lightly used. I have never had a problem with it. It’s in prefect working condition. Preinstalled with OS version 2.0.

” This is the AKAI MPC 1000. It has the original sequencer software, as well as the entry Level JJOS system (push Tab and Power), I dont have the preloaded CF card for this unit, but its easy to locate and download online to place on a blank CF. I’ll include the power cord. Everything works on the machine, and it has multiple outs for recording. Pads work fine. I have pictures that shows the unit power on and functional; Serious buyers only, great for someone who is wanting to really get serious in the music production industry this will definitely get you started on the right footing.
