“I have an Akai MPC 2000XL Studio Plus in great condition. Everything works as it should with zero problems. The MPC 2000XL
has 8 outs with FX board and a CF (Compact Flash Drive). The unit was serviced approximately 2 years ago, it was cleaned, pad sensors were replaced and the CF drive was installed. The unit has a few light scratches but it’s 20 plus years old. “I DO NOT HAVE THE OWNERS MANUAL OR ORIGINAL BOX.” The owners manual is online if you want one but it’s very easy to learn without it. The MPC WILL COME WITH, the power cable and (2) Compact Flash Cards one card is a !GB card that has a lot of drums Hip Hop Genre installed and the other Compact flash card is a brand new card with 2 gb storage. Used with aged related marks but operates smoothly.
Pros:
– Pads feel great
– 8 output
– Comes with SD card adapter
– OS is for MIDI compatibility
– Recently had new data wheel sensor/button fitted
Cons:
– Screen has lines and could do with a new one
– Face plate for floppy drive is missing (doesn’t affect operation)

“In really nice condition and fully working and boxed with RAM expansion and now has 192MB on board. The only small issue is pad 11 does not trigger. All the rest of the pads trigger fine. The effects section is also normally accessed via pad 11 so thankfully there is another means to access the effects section from the front panel, so no problem. I have used this fine without pad 11 ( there are 4 banks of 16 pads). I have reflected the issue with pad 11 in the asking price and it is cheap for such a machine (bargain). Honestly, you won’t miss pad 11.
Comes with original box and a internal drive full of samples, loops, drum machine samples etc.
