“Pretty well worn as you can see from the pictures – some of the buttons need a pretty firm push. 2 Pads on the bottom row are not as sensitive as each other either.
It certainly could not be described as ‘mint’, but I’ve made many tracks with it. It came to me in this condition. The multiple outs work well and it’s for analogue synths which is what I’ve used it for.

Realistically it needs service and some TLC to bring it back to its’ best and is thus going cheap. I have used the CF to load samples in from the card reader which works, but I have not connected it by USB and cannot be sure if that works.” Click here to visit listing on eBay

“The machine powers on, as well as the screen.

When there is no disk inserted, the machine says “Insert Disk MPC2000 Disk!”. I only have one floppy disk to test, but the machine shows an error message when I insert the disk. It says “Disk Read Error!”.

The machine could possibly still be functioning properly, but you might just need the correct floppy disk. Or perhaps there is a hardrive issue. I’m not too sure and I do not have much experience with this machine. That’s why I am selling it for parts because I am not confident if it will work or not.

“This Music Production Drum Machine is in Good cosmetic condition. The housing is free of damage but does have scratches which can be common from prior use and ownership. The display screen has a couple fine scratches however, these scratches cannot be seen while in use. The pads, knobs, faders buttons and dials are all moving smoothly and properly as intended. The front panel is clean and free of damage to the pins for the memory slot. The 3rd assignable output has a 1/4″ post stuck broken off inside.
