“Solid condition, original screen looks great, some stickers as shown in images.
Everything seems to work quite well, but I am unable to confirm if all of the pads are currently working.
I also have no way to test the floppy drive, so will say that it is likely not working. Bid accordingly.

“AKAI MPC 2000 XL Fully loaded EB16 Effects Board 8 outputs CF conversion.

Check the pictures – this MPC is in great condition – no lines of issues with the screen – the only missing part is the power button ( see photo ) but I’ve not found it to be an issue as the button is easily reached and prevents any accidental switch offs.”

Akai MPC 1000 with 128MB RAM

“Akai MPC 1000 JJOS 5.00, 128MB RAM, 1GB CF Card.

Selling my MPC 1K which is in fair condition given its age. It is fully working but now surplus to requirements as I have too much gear.

It has the following specs / points:

128MB Ram upgrade
JJOS 5.00 (paid for version)
1GB CF Card with loads of sounds on it
Upgraded data wheel potentiometer (Google online about this – better than original potentiometer/ operation)
Original pads

Some further points to note:

It has had 5 clear buttons repaired – they work fine but some sit slightly uneven in the case (see pics – Q1 is an example).
The plastic tabs holding the RAM in place broke off so I have added rubber shrink wrap over the metal (the metal was under the plastic) and this secures the RAM with no issues (see one of the pics)
It does NOT come with the kettle power lead (I need this for other gear). These are cheap as chips on ebay.
Scratches on screen plastic with the largest being half way up on the left circa 10mm in from the left (see pics). This does not affect the operation of the screen in any way.
No hard drive – these units can operate straight from the CF card.”

“These 2 (Akai S612 #20594 – MD280 #13259) units make up a complete set of a digital sampler with a disk drive. Both units are fully functional and operate as intended. The cosmetic condition is very good given age of the 2 units. Minimal rack rash can be seen.”
