These akai units revolutionised the recording industry in the later 1980s/ 90s.
Built to an excellent professional standard and with a quality sound.
I bought this one new and the memory was upgraded at the time – still ridiculously small by todays standards though!
I haven’t used it in anger for many years now but I did plug it in a couple of months ago and was genuinely surprised by the high quality sounds produced.
