“This thing is a BEAST. It is basically a portable studio, with a built-in synthesizer. You can create tracks, and record them straight to HD or burn them to CD, all in one unit! You can also acess the synthesizer through midi using a keyboard if you dont want to mess with the pads. (I used an Arturia Keystep for portability and travel). Yes, it has it’s OS quirks here and there, but don’t let that stop you from considering this machine. What Just Blaze ranted about years ago was addressed in OS 2.0. It still ain’t perfect, but no OS is. Each MPC has it’s shortcomings, it’s about how you flip it YOUR own way. “MPC 5000 voll funktionsfähig, 192 MB Arbeitsspeicher, 80 GB Festlatte, wenig und nur im Wohnzimmer benutzt, stets abgedeckt aufbewahrt, Anleitung in drei Bänden als PDF ist mit dabei, vielfältige Sounds auf der Festplatte sind vorhanden…Netzkabel ist dabei.

Der optischer Zustand ist sehr gut, keine sichtbaren Kratzer oder Dellen. Auf den Fotos sind leichte Staubablagerungen zu erkennen, die aber rein oberflächig sind.

Viele Midi Ein- und Ausgänge, virtueller Synthesizer ist integriert, acht Einzelausgänge plus Master Out, digitaler Ein- und Ausgang, klappbares Display, USB- Anschluss zum bequemen Datenaustausch mit dem PC.

Diese Maschine stürzt nicht ab, läuft sehr stabil und ist autark. Man braucht keinen PC zum Musik machen.”
