Great to have around if you fancy a little MPC fun from time to time, but capable of more advanced sequencing too, just need to dive into it a little more compared to the larger MPCs.

One of the springs in the battery compartment shows a little corrosion, but working fine from AA batts. Power supply is -12v neg.

“Listed is my Mpc 500. The unit works fine as I still use it, however I have upgraded to Mpc 2500 and will not need. As shown on the pics there is a slider cap missing and a switch. I purposely moved the switch as it was sticking and have to poke something narrow down to switch timing correct, also I left battery’s in for to long and acid got to the terminals which rusted and need replacing. I know this all sounds negative so far, however it works and is a good machine. I don’t use batteries and obviously not to good at keeping it cosmetically nice. I was going to do repairs on it and get parts, however I thought I would list first as somebody may prefer to tart up themselves. Knowing what It would cost for a new switch, slider cap and battery terminals I can’t offer to cheap, if there’s no takers I will clean up fix and re-list. “Classic beat maker, I’ve gotten a ton of use out of this but just upgraded to the MPC 1000. In good working order. As you can see in the third picture, the bracket on the 128mb memory card was popped.
