I will exhibit this time to organize the equipment at home.
The equipment is extended to 80GB HDD and 512MB memory.
The OS version is 1.71, and the option is equipped with the 8-pin digital I/O board “IB-48P”.
I haven’t used this machine at all for the last few years. (The power was occasionally turned on to check if it started up and the power was turned on.)
The sensitivity of the pad is good.

Due to the Q link sliders being broken I am selling the unit as is.

i have turned the unit on and verified that it does work with the exception of the cursor/jog section is difficult to navigate so I am including a keyboard for faster and easier navigation the keyboard is missing f6 key.

Upper left screen has crack but you can not feel it on the outside

“Two buttons on the unit need to be pressed harder than normal to work (The ‘BACK” button, and the “PROGRAM” button). They do work but need to be pressed pretty hard. They do work, but it got annoying so I solved this by plugging a USB keyboard plugged into the front port. I work way faster by having the keyboard hooked up anyway, so do that! The DVD drive is included, but is not connected to the mother board. I never needed it so I didn’t really look into it. I sample from vinyl or a thumb drive so it was never an issue for me. Freshly formatted 80GB HDD is installed which can sample for days on end.. No other concerns. I have made beats on this MPC for the past eight years and it is a beast. I need to downsize and am kind of sad to see to go tbh.”

THIS IS A AKAI MPC 4000.. THIS DRUM MACHINE IS NOT WORKING!!

THIS MACHINE HAS BEEN IN THE GARAGE FOR 5 YEARS, AND HAS ACQUIRED A LOT OF DUST.
WHEN CONNECTED TO ELECTRICITY, THE COMPUTER WORKS BUT THE SCREEN DISPLAY DOESN’T.
THE MACHINE SHOULD BE AN EASY FIX….
