“This one is my personal unit. Very well kept for the past 14 years since i bought it new. It has never been gigged, abused, mistreated… only professionally used on studio sessions. It ALL works great and looks great aside from minor scuffs here and there, as typical of gear with some years on it.. Has the effects card loaded as well as several kit banks loaded on the internal HD for you to get started. The pads feel great. There are so many reasons to own and use one of these. The sound, the sequencer swing, the rugged build quality but hey don’t just take my word for it.. the 4000 has been on THOUSANDS of pro recordings. “My MPC is in excellent condition, there are a few marks here and there but nothing major. It has the IB-48P 8 output expander, the EB-4JS Effects board and is fitted with 512MB of RAM.

I have mainly used this for live playback and loop sequencing, the quantise feel is classic MPC, it feels like an instrument rather than just a sequencer!

Will be really sad to see it go.”

“AKAI MPC 4000 with the 8 outputs card and SSD hard drive. Condition is Used. All pads/buttons/pots/faders work. Please note, some buttons “wobble”, but they all work. Also, the faders are not super smooth, but also work. There are some scratches that I tried to take pictures of. Also, the screen is usually perfect, but when you advance to some menus horizontal lines appear. I included a photo of what I am talking about. All in all, a used but fully functional MPC. If you are wanting it to make beats you will love it.”
