“Akai MPC 2500 XLCD fat pads 80gb mostly working needs slight repair. Condition is Used.

JJOS 1.03. Slight scratches.12gb of samples included. 32mb “bonus track” memory card included.

Everything works EXCEPT all stereo outs, even assignable outs. Something broke in this long ago and now it is mono only. It is repairable, I just don’t care to get it repaired.

For example, the front headphone jack is left ear only. If you plug your headphones into the back left out you get both ears. You cannot plug your left speaker into the left out and right speaker into the right out; you will not get sound out of the right speaker. However if you plug in a mono cable to the left out and it splits to left and right speakers you will get sound out of both. ” Click here to search for MPCs on eBay

“I’m really glad I found this instrument. I like the workflow and everything its capable of. There is one issue I’ve had once in a while with this MPC. It may make a static / white noise sound after you power it on or load a program. You just need to go into record mode and switch it from analog to digital and back and then the noise goes away. “This is an auction for an MPC 2500 which is in good condition. All buttons of pads are working great(unlike the cheaply made 1000).

There are a few scratches on the front panel (see pictures) of the mpc however this is probably one of the better mpc 2500 I’ve seen. It’s as if it’s not really been used that much through its life. Buttons and pads are all solid. I’ve also just sold my mpc 1000 and the quality of that is nowhere near that of the mpc 2500.

Comes with the 128mb upgrade and just running the free jjos. The original screen protector has just been removed
This also has the CD drive upgrade installed.
