MPC 2500

“Up for auction is my Akai MPC 2500. It’s in good used condition with some minor nicks on the faceplate. It has JJOS 3.13 (free version), 80 gig hard drive and 128mb memory upgrade installed. It also has the cd drive installed that works but the eject button is not functioning and I manually open it with my fingers. The right stereo output is not functional and only the left one works but I have it plugged into my Mackie mixer so I can hear the sounds on my left and right monitors. The up and left cursor buttons functions but sometimes I need to push them more then once to get it to work, but all the other buttons are fully functional. Just serviced.

The price is to reflect, the mods, JJOS license and that it is highly unlikely it will need any further servicing for at least a few years.

There’s around 800 in parts and labour in the last 12 months…

* Large Screen – Blue

* 128 MB RAM

* All blue LEDs

* Blacked out buttons (most replaced with actual black except erase key and cursor keys)

* JJOS 128xl (the board is also licensed for JJOSXL if you want to put it back to small screen)

* Small tact switches replaced in 2017

* Cosmetic wear and tear and a very slight crack in one cheek end.
