“This has basically never been used. Bought at Rock and Soul in Manhattan years ago. Played with it one time and it’s been boxed up ever since. Always intended on learning how to use and never did. This is stock, as bought, but I will send a case of blank discs with it. Everything appears perfect cosmetically, with no marks or wear. Buttons should be perfect as they were barely touched. Only thing I noticed when I plugged it in is the screen has a little halo – you can see in the picture. “This MPC 2000XL powers up and works but needs some work to get cosmetically back in order. I’ve had it for a few months but no longer need it. It came from a smokers home so it does have that smell. “This machine is in excellent condition, it has traveled with me to Mexico, Canada, Japan and various states in the USA, sad to see it go but it has largely sat unused these past few years as I’ve gone back to guitar. Today I finished transferring a bunch of sounds and sequences and tested everything, all the pads work and not a glitch in the system, not a scratch in the body. I’m also throwing in a custom made, padded, MPC traveling case, a slightly beat up ZIP drive, which still works, SCSI cable, + 6 blank ZIP disks and one with MPC related sounds.
