This amazing and RARE Akai MPC 2000XL SE3 (ONLY 1000 made and this is 0052/1000) w/maxed RAM installed has been professionally serviced with brand new tact switches (no need to press hard or press several times), brand new jog wheel and fader slider posts, so basically you have brand new boards here, who else can say that? also it was cleaned inside and outside completely, LCD display is bright and clear with no lines or dead pixels.
32MB RAM (for max sampling time) also installed
CF card drive (non hot-swappable) with 1GB CF card included loaded with drum kits and a power cable to help you start making beats just out of the box!

This is an used unit and being almost 20 years old (the Akai MPC2000XL was released in 1999!) you can expect some signs of wear like small scratches/dents but all that is just cosmetic and it is expected in a unit this old, but as stated before everything was replaced inside so it is working as new.

“This is the MPC 2000xl Studio Plus version. It’s been upgraded with a CF drive(been using 2gb cards) and more RAM(32mb). This machine has been treated with the best care and always plays just like new. The MPC also comes with a RoadRunner hard case, 1 CF card and power power cord. Tact switches are all working great but the the play/start button is a little loose and has been since I bought it. I’ve never had issues starting a sequence or song. I’m getting married and moving soon so I unfortunately have let go of some studio pieces. I’ve used this machine a lot and it works like a gem. Owners manual is too bulky to fit in the hard case but you can easily find it online (i.e. mpc-tutor) as a free download.
