Check the pictures – this MPC is in great condition – no lines of issues with the screen – the only missing part is the power button ( see photo ) but I’ve not found it to be an issue as the button is easily reached and prevents any accidental switch offs.”

“I’ve owned this unit since about 2012, bought used. It’s in good working order for a machine of its age. Over the years I’ve added the 8 output expansion card, upgraded the RAM to 32mb, replaced the note variation slider, and added pad corks under the rubber pads. As you can see from the photos, the screen has a little bit of dimness in the center, though it’s still pretty legible. The original floppy drive was replaced with a Zip drive prior to me purchasing it. To make things convenient for the buyer to get started straight away, I am including an external Zip disc reader that works via USB and two 100mb Zip discs. Reverbs – not so good, fairly metallic. You can take the edge of the metallic sound with the settings

I wouldn’t say this is an essential purpose but if you are using the MPC2000XL a lot and want to say in the box as much as possible this is a nice thing to have.

This MPC is barely used, is in excellent clean condition and works perfectly.

The body doesn’t have any yellowing at all and all the buttons and pads are super clean.

This machine doesn’t come with the FX card, but it can be installed.

Comes with the original power cable.”
