“Akai MPC 1000 JJOS Ver. 3.16 16MB Ram. Condition is “Refurbished”. The encoder board was replaced with a brand new encoder board. Some plastic caps were replaced with brand new ones. All of the drum pads were replaced with original akai pads and have high sensitivity so you will still get the original mpc 1000 experience. The replacement akai encoder jog wheel works well.100% and it works slightly different than the original jog wheel due to the encoder pieces being from a different manufacturer but it works 100%. The sound library card slot has a broken push tab but it is not a problem.one can pull the card out from the middle akai it appears was thinking ahead when they made this unit.
