I have done a pad upgrade on this device. That involved placing below each of the pads that increases the responsiveness and velocity sensitivity all the way to the edges of the pads. Simply meaning the MPC 1000 performs better and plays better.

This comes with a 1GB CF card inserted.

NOTE: The only problem with this device is the Compact Flash Eject button does not work properly so when you push it in you have to take off the top and front covers to be able to pull it back out again. This shouldn’t be an issue because you transfer over your samples through USB and not through swapping Compact Flash Cards. “This MPC 1000 is in very good physical condition and mostly functional but is being sold as parts or not working because of some issues. The pads are triggering multiple times with each hit most of the time. There is also some static on the main and headphone outputs.
