Akai ASQ10

” This is the brain of the legendary Akai MPC60, the result of the Roger Linn collaboration with Akai. The MPC has touch pads and audio outputs. The ASQ-10 is the sequencer section only. No audio. No cool drum samples. Just MIDI. Here’s what Wikipedia says about it: In 1988, Akai also released the sequencer section of the MPC60 as a standalone hardware product in its own right, the ASQ10. As with the MPC60, this was renowned for its solid MIDI timing compared to computer software based systems.” Click here to search for MPCs on eBay

Akai ASQ10

” I have not used this in years…but last used it worked PERFECTLY. I’m out of the MIDI business and need to get rid of it. It’s a GREAT machine for what it does…used to be the backbone of my system. I hate to say use it for parts because it’s so much more than the sum of its parts…but sold AS IS.” Click here to search for MPCs on eBay

Akai ASQ10

“Vintage Akai ASQ- 10 Sequencer in fantastic condition (for its age) and fully working.

The Akai ASQ-10 gives you that legendary Roger Linn MPC 60 swing and quick and ingenious combined pattern/linear sequencer workflow (without the pads and sampling ability or cost of the MPC 60). As it has 4 midi outs and 2 midi ins it can sit as the centre piece in your studio sequencing your hardware equipment (and help get you away from a computer screen should you choose) or equally it can be integrated into any midi set up modern DAW system.

Has the last official Roger Linn upgrade 3.10 installed.

Power wise it is the 240 volts European version I will include an adapter for UK power sockets. ” Click here to search for MPCs on eBay

“This Akai ASQ-10 MIDI sequencer was stored with other audio equipment and is in working condition. It includes hard drive. It is a little dusty from storage but overall in good shape. Cosmetically has normal signs of ware” Click here to search for MPCs on eBay

Akai ASQ10

“Up for auction is an Akai ASQ 10 MIDI sequencer in very good working condition. I recently replaced the disk drive so it should serve well for years to come. The backlight still works very well, which is rare on these units being posted on eBay. Cosmetically, i would give it a high 7 out of 10. There are a few small scratches here and there, but all of the font on the command buttons are still in tact; there is a slight amount of wear on the bottom front of the unit from handling throughout the years (this cannot be seen from the top, normal view of the unit). Please check photos for more detail.”
