The unit is in good condition minus the odd scuff a scratch here and there. Everything works as intended. All of the button work smoothly as well as the pads. The floppy drive loads disks correctly. The back light is very bright and there are no dead pixels/lines on the screen. All of the outputs are clear with no unwanted noise.

This MPC has been upgraded to include 8 individual outputs and expanded to 32MB sample memory. Also included is an external CD drive for samples to be loaded from CD.

I’m selling my Akai MPC 2500 to change things around in my studio a bit. I love this thing and you will love it as well!
This unit has only been used in my smoke-free studio.

It’s fully loaded with 128mb RAM, I believe it has an 80GB HD (check the screenshot, 76 GB remaining it appears), JJOS loaded, and I’m throwing in my 4GB Card smart media card as well.

Additionally I will send you my MPC 2500 tutorial user guide that I purchased from MPC-SAMPLES.COM ($29 value) and is invaluable.
Also included are samples, beats, etc. that remain on the hard drive, I left it as is. (J Dilla drums, 808, 909 etc.)
