There’s a lot wrong with it.
2 x rubber feet from the underside are missing.
It has dents and paint chips on the corners, and some text has been rubbed away in places.
The jog wheel encoder needs replacing.
It can be operated but it’s a hassle, you have to raise it slightly whilst turning it.
It’s an easy repair if you can solder.
