“This is my second MPC 1000 I owned and the one I learned on. Only reason why I’m selling it is because I use a 2500 with jjos more. When I purchased it it had some minor problems and I took liberty to replace every board and button on the machine, aside from the slider board which MPCStuff no longer makes, but thankfully was unnecessary because the sliders work perfectly. I also fitted it with the fat pads. All the buttons are very clicky and tactile now, they won’t be going bad any time soon. Only issue it has concerns the alinement of the scroll wheel on the MPCStuff right side board when it was made, its a little off, and with the top plate on it turns a little stiffly for a quarter of a rotation, but is otherwise functional and an easy fix that I didn’t get the chance to do. JJOS 2XL is installed and fully unlocked, all the outputs work perfectly and is overall rock solid for whatever you want to use it for, whether it be as a sampler or a sequencer for other gear.”
