“For sale a Akai S1000HD – this is a 3U rack, 16 voice, multitimbral, pressure and velocity sensitive, 16 bit sampler with 8 individual outputs, featuring a programmable digital low pass filter, vibrato, dedicated ADSR pitch and amp envelopes, and MIDI SDS. Sample memory (2MB) can contain up to 200 Waveform, recorded at 22.05-44.1kHz. Sample editing includes crossfade loops (8 points), resampling, reverse, time-stretch, and truncate. Waveform can be saved/loaded via a 3.5″ DSHD drive or 40MB HD.This sampler has been owned & used solely by me in a studio set up in the past but has been in dry storage for a number of years! I am listing it as for parts or not working – it does power on and scrolls through even though both data and cursor knobs are missing unfortunately, rear fan is also working but the installed 40MB HD is displaying an error read code, so may need a new hard disk.
