“AKAI MPC 4000 with charging cord. Condition is “Used”. Shipped with Fed-Ex. Turns on and functions fine but does freeze upon turning on which can be fixed by turning on and off once or twice & letting warm up. Has Q5 & Q6 knobs missing but the sliders still move fine! “I love this sampler so much because of j dillas music. A guy in Texas held it for me for 3 months when I was 21 until I had enough to buy it. It’s the best piece of music equipment I have ever owned. I just hope that if your buying this it’s because your in love with sampling and hip hop as much as me. I feel terrible selling it but I’m not worthy of this samplers capabilities and I feel it’s a disrespect to just have it sitting around. The item is used but in really good condition.
Full disclosure. Does not accept the RAM upgrade. Once in, either does not start at all, or crashes after some time. I will include a couple of sets with the item. Also the signal is bad on one of the record ins. Everything else works fine to my knowledge.
All buttons work, as well as light up. You can see that in the test screen. The screen has not lost its brightness. The pads work like a charm. 8gb CF card. The JJ OS3 makes it a power house.

“Hi, thanks for looking! I’m selling my Akai S612 that I’ve owned for about 20 years. It’s the most feature packed and capable sampler ever made (just kidding, you know what it is).
Just pulled it out of the closet and tested it. Everything works, all membrane buttons are reliable, the 2 sliders work fine, all the knobs are working well, mic and line inputs work, front and back line outs work, responds to midi just fine. All LED’s work. She still samples for sure. The loop modes, decay, LFO, filter all do what they’re supposed to do.
2 problems are a dent in the top and a missing knob cap on the record level. Pictures show these defects clearly. Neither of these defects affect functionality. It has always been solid, never had any problems with it in the time that I’ve owned it.” Click here to search for MPCs on eBay
