“PHYSICAL CONDITION: Good – All the pads, buttons, and knobs are in great shape. The floppy disk drive was replaced with a modded USB drive input. The bottom right plastic corner of the frame is cracked and broken, see pics, and there are a few minor scuffs and general wear throughout. Overall, everything is intact and in very good solid physical condition. WORKING CONDITION: Excellent – Works great. We just had it serviced and had the Flash drive installed to replace a defective floppy drive. Each control and parameter is working properly. “Akai MPC2000 Professional MIDI Production Center Drum Machine Sampler in good working condition. The unit is very clean, with only minor small scratches here and there. It has maxed out memory. It has a brand new upgraded blue led screen from MPC stuff. It includes the OS disk, and it also includes a SCSI2SD V5.5 SD card reader. This allows the 2000 to use an SD card for storage (this is $100 by itself if bought separately). All cables included.”

This is an AKAI Professional MPC2000 MIDI Music Production Center!
It’s in fair overall aesthetic condition as you can see from all the photos.
It’s missing the main volume knob, and the note articulation slider.
It powers on, but an error comes up so I can’t test it any further.
After you put some work into it, you’ll have one of the most iconic sampler in all of production history.
It’s worth the work, and could be double the value.
