All pads work 100% and the screen is nice and clear

Item is tested and everything else works. It needs cleaned up a little.
Item has multiple scratches and dings or gouges.
Cover/Case comes off in 3 pieces and is missing screws but does not affect the operation of this unit.
The unit in working order, it needs cleaning and refurb but does work and is a fixer upper.
